- Can we pursue discounts with various childcare providers?
We are unable to pursue childcare discounts for liability purposes.
- Do we have discounts with additional wireless providers such as Cingular/ATT or Verizon?
All wireless contracts are negotiated through ACS Corporate Purchasing Department. Only after contracts are finalized may we publish the resulting employee discounts. At this time, we do not have savings plans under these vendors.
- Will we be receiving discounts to Disney and their affiliate entertainment facilities?
It is very exciting to welcome The Walt Disney Company as a new client at ACS. We are currently working to develop discounts for ACS employees; however, these can take some time during the transition phase. We look forward to announcing this exciting offer in the near future and will keep you informed.

- Can we pursue discounts with Lowes or Home Depot?
We have made inquiries and neither company currently has a Corporate Discount Program.
- Why don't we have discounts available to Target or Walmart?
We have made inquiries and neither company currently has a Corporate Discount Program. As a large volume retailer, they feel that their stores already provide a great discount to the public.
- Can we get a discount at Gap, Old Navy, or Banana Republic?
Gap Inc. currently does not have Corporate Discount programs. We are pursuing additional discount options with other national and local retailers.
- Can we add discounts at 24-Hour Fitness or Bally Total Fitness?
Both club franchises require ACS to pay a "sponsorship fee" for all employees in a given area, regardless of whether they use the club or not. There are special rates offered to these facilities through GlobalFit. Information is available in the Discount Directory under Health & Fitness.
- Why is the Gold's Gym discount only available in certain cities?
Most Gold's Gyms are individually franchised, and therefore, are not required to offer the same discounts. We are working to expand the number of cities in which we have discounts.
- Where do I get information about public transportation discounts?
Visit www.wageworks.com.
- Can I make suggestions for local discounts?
Yes! The Employee Services Team welcomes your recommendations for local retailers in your area that may extend discounts to ACS employees. In fact, your assistance helps us immensely as retailers vary by region, and you may find a specialty shop in your area that we may not be aware of. If you find a business willing to offer a discount on products or services in your neighborhood, please contact Terri Owens at terri.owens@acs-inc.com. We can then verify details and post to the Discount Directory.
- Who do I contact in the event of a problem with a retailer?
