  1. Problem with my order?

Empower Benefits does not fulfill orders, sell merchandise or process credit cards.  Empower Benefits markets the various merchants and their products.  Any problem with your order may be resolved with the vendor that the order is placed with. Each vendor has a customer service email and phone number.  You may also contact Empower’s customer care for assistance if the vendor is not helpful in resolving the issue with your order.

  1. Where is my order?

  1. What is my password?

Depending on your company’s program setup, you may either use Empower’s password retrieval system by entering your email address into the appropriate retrieval field on the sign in page or you may email customer service at customerservice@mpowerbenefits.com.

  1. How do I sign in?

Each client company and its employees are issued login and password information.  You may use your login and password on the sign in page to enter the site.  If your company is not a participating client and you would be interested in recommend our services to your company please send an email to customerservice@mpowerbenefits.com, include your name, contact information, company name, company size, and an HR contact if possible.

  1. Can you help me find products to purchase?

Many of our vendors offer shopping assistance and shopping comparisons that can be helpful in finding the appropriate product. In addition, many vendors have 800 numbers that you can call for shopping assistance. 

  1. How do I add additional users?

If you are the account manager in your company, you may contact your account representative at Empower to learn how to add more users.  Otherwise please contact your Human Resources or Benefits manager to discuss adding users.

  1. How do I recommend this for my company?

To recommend Empower to your company, please send an email to customerservice@mpowerbenefits.com, include your name, contact information, company name, company size, and an HR contact if possible

  1. How do I recommend new vendors?

To recommend new vendors please send an email to customerservice@mpowerbenefits.com. If there is a specific contact or any other details that you think would be helpful please make sure to include them in the form.  If you have a relationship with the vendor or employees in positions of marketing or sales with the vendor please add their name to the email as well.

  1. Do you work with offline vendors?

Yes. We work with offline vendors and online vendors.  We help offline vendors with online communication for our clients and their employees.

  1. How does my company sign up?

If you are  able to make product or service decisions in the company please email us at customerservice@mpowerbenefits.com.  If you are an employee at the company please email us at customerservice@mpowerbenefits.com

  1. Are these discounts available anywhere else?

Most of the discounts offered on our site are uniquely negotiated by Empower Benefits and are not available elsewhere.

  1. Can I get a discount in the store or just online?

Each merchant offers different promotions.  In some cases, discounts are offered both online and in the store.  The offer will specifically say whether the promotion is offered online or offline or both.

  1. Can my friends and family use the site?

Your family may use the site and you may purchase gifts for your friends from the site.  If you feel like Empower Benefits provides a valuable service you can always recommend us to your friend and tell them to recommend us to their HR manager.

  1. How do I become a member?

To become a member you must be an employee of a group client.  If you would like to be a member and your company is not a client you may recommend us to your HR manager.  If you are an employee of a company please email us at customerservice@mpowerbenefits.com

  1. Can anyone become a member?

Yes.  However, to be a member you must be an employee of a corporate or group client.

  1. How do I get a Member ID?

Your employer will provide you with your initial Member ID. If you have not received your initial ID or have forgotten it you may email us at customerservice@mpowerbenefits.com

  1. How much does it cost for a company to enroll?

Please contact us for pricing information.

  1.  I'm an employee. How do I sign-up?

  1. How do I change my personal information?

If your personal information is registered with Empower Benefits, you may select my profile after sign in. If you would like to change your personal information with a vendor or carrier you will need to contact that vendor or carrier directly.

  1. Can I ship my order to an international location?

Each vendor has their own policies on shipping and international orders.  You may view the shipping policies on each vendor’s site.

  1. How can I exchange or return my order?

Each vendor has their own return policy.  You may view the return policy on each vendors websites or call the vendors customer service.

  1. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost will often depend on weight, delivery method, and arrival timing. Each vendor will display the shipping cost during the checkout.  Some vendors offer free shipping promotions from time to time.  You may view the shipping options on each vendors’ websites or call the vendor’s customer service.

  1. How will my order be shipped?

Each vendor will offer varying shipping methods.  Some vendors will offer multiple options that you may select from.  You may view the shipping options on each vendors’ websites or call the vendor’s customer service.

  1. When will I receive my order?

Your order is dependent on many factors including shipping method.  Some of these factors are chosen by you.  If you feel that there may be a problem with your order please contact the vendor in which you placed the order.

  1. Are these discounts unique?

  1. What is a discount code or promotion code?

The discount or promotion code is a code that is used to identify and process the discount that you are utilizing.   The discount code will assure that you are given the proper discount.  Many vendors have a discount code field in the checkout that must be entered to obtain the discount.  Some vendors do not have discount codes and process the discount automatically by using special links from our website which automatically calculate the discount.  If you have a problem with any of the codes, please contact Empower’s customer care at customerservice@mpowerbenefits.com
